SECURITY PERSONNEL
The Minister for Safety and Security, acting under the Private Security Industry Regulation Act, 2001 (Act No. 56 of 2001), has long since stipulated that all personnel, employers of security staff and providers of security services are required to be registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (P.S.I.R.A.).
We are duly registered with this authority and can provide you with a range of services and registered, graded & trained Security Officers/ Dog Handlers thus protecting your business & assets with skilled, knowledgeable and experienced Security forces.
Our Security Officers’ primary aim is to protect you, your premises, assets, staff and clients by proactively patrolling on foot or providing access control measures, searching & monitoring, building inspections etc. with the objective of identifying suspicious elements in the vicinity/ immediate site area, confronting such elements and deflecting them away from your premises or as required. This is designed to minimize the risk of loss or damage to you and yours.
UNIFORM, EQUIPMENT & SECURITY AIDS
Our Security Officers are posted in company uniform (shirt, pants, shoes/ boots, jacket, raincoat, company I.D.) and also are all equipped with basic equipment such as a baton, handcuffs, torch (where required), pepper spray & 2-way radio (where applicable). Additional security aids include a pocket book, occurrence book and two pens.
SUPERVISION
We can install a GPS patrol tracker on site in order for our officers record their site stability, half hour patrols & view missed points (Once-off setup & rental payable by client). Alternatively the Mag Touch patrol solution may be installed (Additional monthly fees for client account are applicable or alternatively a once-off rental fee may be made with us).
A 2-way radio may also utilized every half hour to check in with our Mobile Control Centre and for use in the event of an alarm or emergency (Additional monthly fees for client's account of are applicable or alternatively a once-off rental fee may be made with us).
Our Security Officers are nonetheless visited and inspected regularly by supervisory staff thus ensuring their adherence of all company & client procedures and confirming site stability.
RESPONSE SERVICES
In the case of an emergency we will dispatch our Roaming Guarding Supervisor’s vehicle and or where required the South African Police Services to your premises.
